Riding the Carrizo Plain

I tried to see wildflowers in February 2023 on the Carrizo Plain.  I was too early for them

I wanted to see the Soda Lake, but it was full of water and the white soda was nowhere to be seen.

At least the hills were bright green with new grass!

Route 166

I rode south on Route 166 down the hill from the Carrizo Plain.  Very scenic!
