Eric and Maria got married!!   And we went to Las Vegas to help them celebrate!

   
We spent some time out by the pool sipping from the football of Margaritas. 

   
Alek tortured his cousins a good bit and charmed his Grandma.

   
We spent some time in the river pool at the Monte Carlo.  It has a swift current that we got a kick out of.
When the wave pool was running we splashed around in there too.  Alek had a good time attacking the waves as they rolled in.


There was a bachelor party.  And all I can tell you is that we had dinner at Hooter's and went somewhere else.  I did manage to get home just before sunrise..

       
There was a rehearsal dinner that didn't have any rehearsal.  I thought that was a vast improvement on this type of event.
There was much mingling.  Alek enjoyed socializing a great deal.  And then Monica got this really, um, interesting dinner.

   
Eric looked quite dapper in his tux.  And Alek wore a tie for the first time.  Alek accessorized with his green M&M change purse that somehow pulled the whole ensemble together for him.

       
The service was 30 minutes from seating to leaving.  Another great Las Vegas refinement.  They said "I Do!", they kissed, and we headed for the reception. 

           
I took some family groups.  They are;

Rich & Karen with Jeff, Janel, and Laura
The sibs, Rich, Eric, Caroline, and David
The Maria crew, Mario, Kai (sp?) Mama, Maria, Eric, Sarah, and Roy
The wedding party and I just don't know everyone's names!


There was this thing about the garter, but all that came out was a lizard.  How did that get up there..?

   
Alek likes to dance with his Mom.  Especially when she swings him in the air.
