Caroline and I celebrated June & Dave's wedding gift presentation last night, 3/15/02, during the Ides of March - how fitting!

Since June & Dave are not your average couple, we needed to address the occasion with the proper level of decorum.  Tacky gifts coupled with a severely geeky angle.

Caroline found a dancing/singing plush Easter bunny.  It will join the collection of annoying plush toys in Dave's office.
Caroline also found some other Easter goodies to place around the house and neighborhood, like the two and three foot bunny and Easter chick.
I have no idea what June thought the brown Easter plastic bunny was, but it might have been the wealth of Margaritas coloring her interpretation of what to do with it.
The wireless network for their home seemed like a favorite toy, especially since it comes with some Greg support to get it working.

Since this was a celebration held at a Mexican restaurant, it came complete with a Mariachi singer. And that spawned a noted sense of romance in the air, especially for Dave and Mike..

The Mariachi singer did some Elvis songs and Dave accompanied him on spoons.  We didn't see him much after that number somehow..

Due to the high concentration of margaritas, I enjoyed the dinner with a silly grin on my face thinking about how fast I was going to get home on my freshly tuned bike.

Mike, and a few others, have accused me of taking pictures of septums.  Mike wanted to prove that he could take a better picture of a septum than me.  You be the judge.
