European kitchens are not known for space, or amenities.  But that is changing.  This kitchen had plenty of space, and a lot of amenities.  Not least of which is a decent sized refrigerator.

You can see the stove, oven, sink, and a big window.  The egg display is over the stove.  And of course, what proper French kitchen would be complete without the espresso machine?

The other side of the room shows the rest of the kitchen tool rack, and the stained glass window detail that looks into the guest shower room.

In the third frame you see the microwave, refrigerator (white thing with the red bag hanging on it), and all the rest of the cabinets and kitchen paraphernalia.
